On-chain data show Binance’s XRP reserves have fallen to their lowest level since 2024. From November 2025 to now, the exchange’s XRP balance dropped from 3.1 billion to 2.6 billion tokens, a net outflow of about 500 million. The decline persisted as XRP slid 63% from a $3.66 peak to around $1.35. XRP is now testing support near its 20-week EMA around $1.27, with resistance at the 50-week EMA.
