Evernorth rewrites $1B Nasdaq listing terms as XRP falls from $2.36 assumption to around $1
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Evernorth's planned $1B Nasdaq listing is being restructured after XRP fell far below the deal's assumed $2.36 price, with the final share count now tied to XRP's VWAP at closing. While investors largely approved the revision, the change highlights balance-sheet sensitivity to token price declines and could weigh on sentiment toward XRP-linked treasury and capital markets structures in the near term.

Crypto treasury firm Evernorth Holdings is revising the terms of its planned $1B Nasdaq listing after XRP traded far below the deal’s initial assumptions. Under the revised plan, shares will still be priced at $10, but the amount of XRP represented per share will be set based on XRP’s VWAP at closing. Evernorth holds 473.27 million XRP worth roughly $473 million, and more than 95% of committed investors have approved the updated terms.
