Fidelity filed with the SEC on Aug. 11 to convert its $898 million Ethereum fund into a staking-enabled product. Under normal conditions, the fund could stake up to 100% of its ether holdings and distribute 85% of gross staking rewards to shareholders, with 15% paid to the sponsor, custodians and node operators. iShares has already launched a staked Ethereum trust that stakes 70% to 95% of holdings and pays out 82% of rewards monthly.
