AI startup Anthropic is preparing to launch an IPO ahead of Thanksgiving, targeting a valuation above $2 trillion, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The company’s prospectus shows fiscal 2025 revenue of $4.6 billion, up more than 12times year over year, alongside an operating loss of more than $8 billion and a net loss of more than $42 billion. Anthropic also says it plans to spend $518 billion on AI infrastructure in the coming years.
