Strategy disclosed it bought 334 Bitcoin last week for $28.7 million U.S., a sharp slowdown from the 1,665 BTC it purchased the prior week. The company’s total holdings rose to 848,000 BTC at an average price of $75,441 U.S., with a market value of about $72.93 billion U.S. at a BTC price of $86,000 U.S. Over the same period, Strategy raised $15.7 million U.S. by selling common stock and repurchased $175 million U.S. of its high-yielding preferred stock. It also reported a $20.91 billion U.S. gain on its bitcoin holdings in this year’s third quarter after BTC rose 42% from the start of July to the end of September.
