SpaceX extends three-day slide as shares drop 16% to $154.60 after bond plan
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
SpaceX shares extended a sharp post-IPO selloff, shedding ~23% in three days after announcing its first investment-grade bond issuance (reported at $20B+) to fund AI investment and disclosing a multi-billion-dollar computing deal with Reflection AI. The debt-funded expansion and cooling retail inflows highlight valuation sensitivity and near-term technical fragility. KeyBanc's neutral initiation reinforces the view that long-term upside is largely priced in.

SpaceX shares have fallen for three straight sessions, down 23% in total, including a 16% drop to $154.60 that erased more than $600 billion in market value. The decline followed the company’s announcement of its first investment-grade bond sale of at least $20 billion to fund AI-related spending, along with a multibillion-dollar computing deal with Reflection AI. While the stock remains above its $135 IPO price, KeyBanc initiated coverage with a neutral stance, saying much of the company’s long-term value is already reflected in the valuation.
