KBRA downgraded all six classes of notes issued by ExteNet Issuer, LLC Series 2024-1 and Series 2025-1 to D(sf) and then withdrew the ratings. The notes failed to pay interest on the July 27, 2026 payment date, and KBRA said it views recovery of that interest as unlikely. KBRA said no performance information was available for the July 2026 remittance period and that future reporting remains uncertain. It also cited a lack of visibility into the underlying collateral and other default-related issues that it said increase loss risk.
