Hashdex said on September 1, 2026 it added Hyperliquid ecosystem token HYPE to its Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETF, expanding the portfolio to nine crypto assets. HYPE entered the index with a 3.36% weighting, making it the fifth-largest position. Its weighting is now higher than Cardano, Chainlink, Stellar and Bitcoin Cash.
