V-Guard Industries held its 30th annual general meeting and approved a dividend of ₹1.50 per share. Shareholders also cleared a proposal to raise the overall ceiling for managerial remuneration to 15% and appointed Usha Sunny as an independent director. The company also reported Q1 FY27 results, with consolidated revenue of ₹1,810 crore up 23.5% year-on-year and profit after tax rising 76% to ₹130 crore.
