Nasdaq-listed merchant bank FG Nexus disclosed in an SEC filing dated Aug. 12 that it sold all of its digital assets before June 30 and held no cryptocurrency at quarter-end. The firm previously held more than 50,000 ETH and said the wind-down of its digital-asset operation resulted in a $45.207 million loss. FG Nexus reported $144,000 in Ethereum staking revenue during the first half. It said the proceeds are being redirected toward acquisitions including land-lease manufactured-housing properties.
