Corn jumps after NASS cuts yield to 180.7 bpa and lowers ending stocks
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
USDA NASS's August report cut corn yield to 180.7 bpa and lowered 2025/26 ending stocks despite higher planted acres, tightening expected supply and lifting cash and CBOT new-crop prices. WASDE also reduced world ending stocks and raised export assumptions, reinforcing the demand-side narrative. EIA data showed ethanol output and inventories slightly higher, a modestly supportive signal for corn demand amid weather-related uncertainty.
