Securitize said it has launched Securitize Stocks on the Solana blockchain, tokenizing U.S. equities on-chain with each token backed 1:1 by real shares held on its registered broker-dealer platform. The product offers applicable voting rights and dividends to eligible investors in the U.S., E.U. and other permitted jurisdictions. The launch brings traditional securities to the Solana ecosystem and broadens the range of on-chain assets.
