BHP shares jump 53% in 12 months as copper tops half of FY 2026 underlying EBITDA

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
BHP's FY2026 results and strategy highlight a shift toward copper, with copper contributing over half of underlying EBITDA and a pipeline targeting ~40% attributable output growth by FY2035. Iron ore remains a large, low-cost cash generator, while the Jansen potash project (84% complete) adds long-duration diversification. Strong free cash flow, lower unit costs, and reduced net debt reinforce balance-sheet resilience and capital-return capacity.
