Arena REIT has delayed its FY2026 results release after major tenant Edge Early Learning sought rent relief, with the tenant accounting for 14% of annual rental income. FY2026 distributions rose 5.5% to 19.25 cents per security, in line with guidance. Occupancy in the stabilised portfolio fell to 76.7% from 79.3%, while net rent to gross revenue held at 10.0%. Arena said it holds about $4 million in bank guarantees and security deposits.
