Anthropic's planned initial public offering is being assessed at a lower valuation than previously expected, with some investors discussing a figure of about $1.5 trillion, Reuters reported. That compares with the roughly $2 trillion valuation anticipated earlier. The company told prospective investors that third-quarter revenue rose 45% sequentially to $16.8 billion. It has also committed to $518 billion in AI-related spending.
