Sandfire jumps 4.3% on record $574 million quarter as Macquarie, Domino’s edge lower
Sandfire Resources reported record Q4 FY2026 sales revenue of $574 million and said copper equivalent production rose 38% to 47,600 tonnes, meeting full-year guidance of 154,200 tonnes CuEq. The company posted underlying EBITDA of $343 million for the quarter and lifted its FY 2026 underlying EBITDA guidance to $867 million. Sandfire said it had a net cash position of $353 million as at 30 June, compared with $123 million in net debt a year earlier.

Oracle Financial Services Q1 FY2026 profit jumps 121% to Rs 1,416 crore; revenue climbs 69%
Oracle Financial Services Software reported a 121% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,416 crore for Q1 of FY2026. Revenue from operations rose 69% to Rs 3,125 crore, led by a 75% increase in products revenue and 6% growth in services revenue. The company also said it signed multiple global strategic deals during the quarter spanning customers in the U.S., Mexico, Japan, South Africa and India. It added that the performance reflects progress in commercialising its AI-first financial cloud offerings and faster customer adoption.

Nasdaq to immediately suspend and delist firms valued under $5 million for 30 straight sessions after SEC approval
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved a Nasdaq listing rule on July 23, 2026 that would immediately suspend trading and begin delisting proceedings if a company’s market value stays below $5 million for 30 consecutive trading days. The change is aimed at curbing manipulation and volatility in microcap stocks. Nasdaq has identified nearly 180 listed companies that currently sit below the threshold, and about a third are based in Asia. In 2023, 140 Nasdaq-listed companies fell below $5 million for 30 straight days.

NTPC Green Energy reports Q1 FY2026 profit up 38.3% and approves renewable SPV
NTPC Green Energy Ltd reported Q1 results for the quarter ended June 2026, with net profit rising 38.3% year on year and revenue increasing 62.7% to Rs 1,106.9 crore. EBITDA climbed 63.8% to Rs 988.7 crore, while EBITDA margin was 89.3%. The board approved setting up a wholly owned subsidiary (SPV) focused on renewable energy projects, and gave in-principle approval to invest up to Rs 28.78 lakh in its Andhra Pradesh joint venture AP NGEL Harit Amrit Ltd.
