TC Energy said it has agreed to sell its Guadalajara–Manzanillo natural gas pipeline to ESENTIA Energy Development for about $560 million (US$400 million). The 313-kilometre pipeline has a capacity of 860 million cubic feet per day and operates under a 25-year contract with Mexico's state power utility. TC Energy noted it will continue to own and operate its other pipeline network assets in Mexico after the transaction closes. Separately, the company disclosed it has approved roughly $3 billion of growth projects in the first half of 2026.
