HuoXing Finance reported on Sept. 20 that blockchain security firm PeckShield detected a single attacker exploiting both Fetch.ai and NuNet, leading to roughly $2 million in crypto losses. PeckShield data show 8.7 million FET tokens—worth about $1.53 million—were drained from Fetch.ai, while 408.5 million NTX tokens—worth about $462,700—were minted from NuNet. NuNet's NTX token has since fallen about 65%. The attacker has so far converted the proceeds into 546.36 ETH, valued at approximately $1.44 million.
