Nine blockchain organizations formed the Quantum Alliance on October 16 to define post-quantum readiness for crypto networks. The group says 6.04 million BTC, 30.2 percent of supply, has public keys already exposed on chain, worth about 492 billion dollars at recent prices. It will publish open benchmarks, migration guidance and test criteria that any team can run.
