THE BLOCK — The party behind the Liquid Network exploit says it plans to return most of the roughly 4,000 BTC taken once the underlying bug is fixed. In an OP_RETURN message addressed to Blockstream, the attacker said funds would only be sent back after every Liquid node has been patched.
