ChainThink reported Aug. 27 that Nasdaq-listed HYPE treasury firm Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (PURR) has posted results for the fiscal year ended June 30. The company said it raised $647 million in equity financing, lifting its HYPE token holdings from an initial 12.5 million to 29.3 million.
As of period-end, total assets stood at $2.06 billion, including $149.9 million in cash and cash equivalents and $1.9041 billion in HYPE tokens. Shareholders' equity was $1.8729 billion, and the company reported no liabilities.
Net profit for the fiscal year came in at $305.5 million, mainly reflecting $709.9 million in unrealized gains on HYPE tokens. Results were partly offset by a one-time $169.2 million loss tied to token asset disposals at the time of the business combination.
