Fed dot plot: 16 officials see another rate hike in 2026
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
The Fed delivered a 25 bp hike, its first increase in 2026, and the dot plot shifted more hawkish: 16 officials now see additional hikes this year, with more projecting 50–75 bp cumulative tightening versus June. The repricing toward a higher-for-longer path tends to tighten financial conditions, lift front-end yields, and support the dollar, pressuring duration-sensitive risk assets in the near term.
