The FBI Cyber Branch confirmed that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was behind last week's major hack on Binance. Changpeng Zhao expressed gratitude to the FBI, the US Secret Service and the IRS for their support in the investigation. The attribution follows an examination of the breach by federal agencies.
