Iran-Oman Strait Shipping Deal Nears; Ethereum EIP8363 Draws Pushback; BOJ Minutes Turn Hawkish
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Geopolitical risk in Gulf shipping remains elevated: Iran's near-complete Hormuz route deal still depends on U.S. sanctions relief, while reported Houthi strikes on Saudi energy infrastructure revive transport and supply-risk premiums, lifting oil early in Asia. Separately, BOJ minutes read hawkish, supporting higher global rate volatility. In crypto, exchange wallet compromise and contested Ethereum EIP8363 add idiosyncratic protocol and counterparty risk, while a low-support BTC fork underscores weak consensus.
