Raheim Hamilton, a cofounder of the darknet marketplace Empire Market, was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to a federal drug conspiracy charge. As part of his plea agreement, Hamilton consented to forfeit about 1,230 Bitcoin (bitcoin:native), 24.4 Ether (ethereum:native) and three properties in Virginia.
