Huoxing Finance, citing Coinglass data, said total crypto-market liquidations reached $3.024 billion over the past 24 hours. Long liquidations totaled $252 million, while short liquidations hit $2.77 billion, eclipsing the $2.466 billion in short liquidations recorded on October 11 and marking the largest short-liquidation day in the crypto market in the past two years. Globally, 171,045 traders were liquidated during the period. The biggest single liquidation was on Hyperliquid in the BTCUSD contract, worth $48.8049 million.
