Chainalysis said an Ethereum reorganization on October 31 EDT caused THORChain to mistakenly double refund a 10 ETH deposit and trigger an emergency pause. The halt blocked crosschain swaps through most THORChain bridges for all users, including North Korean launderers, inadvertently delaying laundering of significant funds stolen from Binance.
