Chainalysis says the Binance exploiters have been depositing stablecoins into a DeFi lending protocol on Tron since the early hours of the hack, receiving receipt tokens that issuers cannot freeze. Those tokens move to clean wallets, swap back into stablecoins and bridge off Tron into Ethereum. Circle and Tether have frozen $2.8 billion so far.
