BTCPay Server Tells Operators to Shut Down Instances After Hot Wallet Drain Reports

BTCPay Server said it has received reports of hot wallets on its servers being swept by unauthorized attackers, prompting the project to ask operators to shut down instances immediately using the ./btcpaydown.sh script while it investigates. The team said the cause and full extent of the attacks remain unknown and did not disclose the number of affected wallets or funds lost.
