U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $853.5 million of net inflows over the five trading days from Aug. 3 through Aug. 7. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) drew $693 million, capturing roughly 81% of all new money flowing into the group.
The run flipped the prior week's $61.5 million of net outflows and lifted cumulative net inflows across all U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs to $52.18 billion since launch. Total net assets for the category rose to $79.50 billion, equal to about 6.10% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization.
Flows varied by day across the five-session stretch: $170.1 million, $211.5 million, $244.4 million, about $128.8 million, and roughly $98.85 million. IBIT alone contributed $86.71 million on the final day.
Fidelity's FBTC was the second-largest gainer over the period with $40.95 million. Bitwise's BITB and ARK 21Shares' ARKB added $2.11 million and $1.94 million, respectively. Several smaller products, including BTCO, HODL, and DEFI, posted slight net outflows over the same window.
Bitcoin stayed below $65,000 throughout the five-day inflow streak, even as nearly $854 million of fresh capital entered via ETFs.
Spot Ethereum ETFs also saw demand: U.S. products took in $244.9 million over the same week, bringing combined Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF inflows to nearly $1.10 billion.
