Binance Reports $3.64B Net Outflow After Reopening Withdrawals

Binance reported a $3.64 billion net outflow after reopening withdrawals. Between 1 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. ET, it processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits. The exchange said the flows equal 2.1% of its $171 billion in assets.
