Aug. 8 — PeckShield data cited by Huo Xing Cai Jing shows a wallet linked to the Aztec Network Private Rollup Bridge attacker has deposited an additional 300 ETH into Tornado Cash, worth about $572,000. The attacker's total transfers to the mixer now stand at 500 ETH.
Aztec Network was hit by a security incident in June 2026 that led to roughly $2.165 million in crypto losses. The latest movement into Tornado Cash is expected to further hinder efforts to trace the stolen funds.
