Aurora Innovation says it aims to deploy more than 30,000 driverless trucks by 2030 and reach $5 billion in revenue. The company expects to hit gross-margin break-even in the first half of 2027 once its fleet grows to about 500 trucks, and to turn free cash flow positive by the end of 2028. Capital spending is projected at roughly $185 million in 2027, falling to below $50 million in 2028.
