Arkham data indicate BlackRock added ~$1.57B of Ethereum over 20 days via its ETHA and ETHB ETFs, with ETHB showing zero net outflow days. BlackRock's reported total (~3.56M ETH, ~$8.69B) underscores persistent institutional demand for regulated ETH exposure despite recent volatility. BlackRock has accumulated more than $1.57 billion worth of Ethereum over the past 20 days through its two spot Ethereum ETFs, ETHA and ETHB, according to Arkham Intelligence.
The bulk of the buying came through ETHA, which attracted about $1.27 billion over the period. ETHB, the firm's newer product, brought in an additional $296.5 million and did not record a single day of net outflows during the roughly three-week stretch, despite elevated market volatility.
With the steady inflows, BlackRock now controls about 3.56 million ETH, valued at roughly $8.69 billion. The pace of accumulation positions the asset manager among the largest institutional holders of Ethereum, as investors continue to use regulated ETF vehicles to gain direct exposure to the cryptocurrency.
Arkham posted the figures in a Sept. 17, 2026 update, highlighting continued demand for BlackRock's Ethereum ETFs even as short-term price moves have remained choppy.
