Arena REIT said tenant Edge Early Learning has entered voluntary administration and a business sale process. Goodstart Early Learning has signed a conditional agreement to acquire 31 Edge operations, including 20 of the 27 early learning centres owned by Arena. Arena said it continues to receive rent in full and on time across all 27 properties and holds about A$4 million in bank guarantees and bonds. The remaining seven centres owned by Arena and leased to Edge are being marketed for sale separately. Arena's shares are down 38% over the past 12 months, compared with a 3% decline in the ASX 200 over the same period.
