Antminer S19, WhatsMiner M60 and Avalon A1466I Hit Bitcoin Shutdown Price at Current Difficulty

Several mining rigs including Antminer S19 XP+ Hyd, WhatsMiner M60S and Avalon A1466I reached their bitcoin shutdown price based on current network difficulty and an electricity cost of $0.08 per kWh on Feb. 2, Antpool data show. The Antminer S21 series (S21, S21+ and S21 Hyd.) is nearing its shutdown price at around $69,000, while higher-hashrate models such as Antminer U3S23H and Antminer S23 Hyd have shutdown price thresholds above $44,000.
