Bravura Solutions released its FY26 results, reporting underlying revenue from customers of A$282.6 million, up 9.6% year on year. Recurring revenue rose 6.9% to A$165.0 million, while underlying cash EBITDA climbed to A$77.1 million for a 27.3% margin. Underlying NPAT came in at A$63.1 million, up A$38.7 million from FY25. The company declared a final ordinary dividend of 8.31c per share and a special dividend of 6.69c per share, totaling about A$67.3 million.

Cerebras Systems reported results for the second quarter of 2026, saying GAAP cloud services revenue rose 281% year over year to $126 million and core cloud services revenue climbed 287% to $127.7 million. GAAP total revenue increased 74% to $180.1 million, while core total revenue rose 103% to $209.9 million. The company said remaining performance obligations stood at $25.4 billion at quarter-end. It also said it plans to more than triple revenue in 2027, with the CEO citing rapid progress in key areas.

Uber has sold its entire stake in Serve Robotics, a move disclosed in a regulatory filing submitted last week. Serve Robotics was spun out from Uber five years ago. The company said it only learned of the divestment after the filing became public. The timing and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GE Vernova T&D India will hold its annual general meeting on Sept. 9 and has confirmed a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share, equivalent to 500% on a ₹2 face value. The company reported a year-on-year increase in total revenue to ₹18,779.8 million for the quarter. Under applicable rules, resident shareholders with dividend income above ₹10,000 and a valid PAN face 10% TDS, while those without a valid PAN are subject to 20%.

Swiss sportswear brand On reported second-quarter net revenue of 850.3 million Swiss francs, below market expectations of 878.16 million Swiss francs, sending the stock to a roughly two-year low. The company raised its full-year gross margin outlook to at least 65%. It also adjusted its full-year net sales forecast range at constant currency to 3.47 billion to 3.56 billion Swiss francs. Asia-Pacific sales rose 54.7%, but the overall miss weighed on the shares.

Robinhood’s event-contracts revenue surged more than tenfold year over year to $156 million, surpassing crypto revenue for the first time. Gold subscriptions reached a record 4.8 million members, and Gold Card holders topped 1 million. The company’s Trump Accounts product drew 7 million signups. Total revenue rose 32% to a record $1.3 billion, while HOOD shares are down 17% over the past year, trailing Interactive Brokers and the S&P 500.

Iceland’s Kvika Bank reported Q2 2026 profit before tax of ISK 1,545 million, down 23.7% year on year. Post-tax profit fell 37.2% to ISK 903 million. Net interest income rose 1.7% to ISK 3,013 million and the net interest margin was unchanged at 4.0%. Net fee and commission income slid 26.8% to ISK 1,416 million, weighing on results.

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust posted a 67% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹2,213 million for Q1FY26. Revenue climbed 51% to ₹9,738 million, while operating margin edged up to 73.28% from 72.31%. Net operating income increased 52% to ₹7,566 million as occupancy improved to 93%, supported by 1.1 million square feet of gross leasing. Finance costs rose to ₹3,378 million on acquisition-related debt, and the trust declared a ₹0.93 per-unit dividend.

Franco-Nevada reported second-quarter results with revenue rising 57% year over year to US$580.9 million. Gold equivalent ounces sold increased 18% to 132,405, while operating cash flow climbed 12% to US$482.5 million. Net income rose 43% to US$354 million, or US$1.84 per share. Following the earnings release, the stock edged down about 1% in after-hours trading.

Gemstone Investments Limited posted unaudited Q1 FY27 net profit of ₹87.7 lakh, up 612% from ₹12.3 lakh a year earlier. Revenue rose to ₹172 lakh from ₹35.9 lakh, an increase of 379%. Profit before tax climbed to ₹117.3 lakh, up 633% year on year. The company also opened remote e-voting and a postal ballot for an auditor appointment, with voting closing on August 16, 2026.
