Harvard University Expands Bitcoin ETF Holdings to $442.8 Million

Harvard University increased its stake in BlackRock's IBIT Bitcoin ETF from 1.9 million shares to 6.81 million shares by the end of September, bringing the position's value to approximately $442.8 million, according to regulatory filings. The institution also nearly doubled its gold ETF holdings to about $235 million during the same period. The expansion came as Bitcoin ETFs faced substantial outflows, with nearly $870 million exiting in a single session on Thursday, followed by another $492 million the next day.
