Shareholders of Bitcoin mining company Core Scientific rejected a proposed $9 billion all-stock merger with AI cloud computing provider CoreWeave on Thursday. The decision ends a deal that would have combined one of the largest Bitcoin mining operations with an AI infrastructure firm.
