Grayscale files BNB S-1 on Jan 23, 2026; targets NEAR Trust ETF on Jan 24, 2026

Grayscale expanded its ETF plans by filing a Form S-1 with the SEC on January 23, 2026 for a spot BNB fund, and moving to convert its Grayscale Near Trust into a spot NEAR ETF.
