Binance, CZ and Executive Face Federal Lawsuit Alleging Hamas Funding Facilitation

Binance, co-founder Changpeng Zhao, and senior executive Guangying Chen were named in a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. federal court in North Dakota by over 300 victims of Hamas's 2023 attack on Israel and their families, The Block reports. The complaint alleges the exchange knowingly facilitated fund transfers for the armed group prior to the attack despite awareness of the recipient organization's activities.
