LayerZero flags possible Lazarus link in $290M KelpDAO exploit

LayerZero (@LayerZero_Core) said the recent $290 million exploit at KelpDAO may be connected to North Korea's Lazarus Group. The incident is believed to involve TraderTraitor, a Lazarus-linked subgroup associated with sophisticated cyber operations. The breach centered on KelpDAO's $rsETH configuration tied to a single DVN setup. LayerZero said other cross-chain assets were not affected and there is no broader contagion. The impacted infrastructure has been replaced and services have been restored.
