Crypto liquidations reach $585 million in 24 hours, shorts account for $474 million

Crypto markets saw $585 million in liquidations over the past 24 hours, with shorts accounting for $474 million and longs $111 million, Coinglass data show. Bitcoin liquidations totaled $41.999 million for longs and $194 million for shorts, while Ethereum recorded $29.1877 million in long liquidations and $179 million in shorts. ChainCatcher reports 129,163 traders were liquidated globally, with the largest single liquidation worth $10.4154 million on Hyperliquid BTCUSD.
