Stani: Aave freezes rsETH on V3 and V4, removes borrowing power after KelpDAO bridge exploit

Aave has frozen rsETH on both Aave V3 and Aave V4 and set its borrowing power to zero, according to Stani. The move is a precaution tied to a KelpDAO bridge exploit that occurred outside of Aave. Stani added that neither Aave V3 nor Aave V4 has any further exposure to rsETH.
