Cyber Hornet seeks SEC approval for S&P Crypto 10 ETF (CTX) with 69% BTC

Cyber Hornet filed for the S&P Crypto 10 ETF (CTX) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The proposed basket allocates 69% to BTC and 14% to ETH, with smaller weights across XRP, BNB, SOL, TRON, ADA, BCH, LINK, and XLM. On January 23, 2026, Eric Balchunas said it could be the first S&P-linked spot basket.
