ProCap sells 52 BTC to fund 2M-share buyback as stock trades near 50% below NAV

ProCap Financial said it sold about 52 Bitcoin to finance the repurchase of two million shares, with the stock trading at roughly a 50% discount to net asset value. The firm said buying back shares below the value of its underlying reserves increased Bitcoin exposure for remaining shareholders.
