Pendle to replace vePENDLE with sPENDLE; staking Jan 20, locks pause Jan 29

Pendle will retire vePENDLE and introduce sPENDLE, a liquid staking token with a 14-day withdrawal period. Staking for sPENDLE begins January 20, and vePENDLE locks pause January 29 alongside a new incentive framework. sPENDLE holders are set to receive over 80% of fees via buybacks and airdrops, with up to 4x boosts for existing lockers.
