Grayscale files Jan. 20, 2026 Form 8-K to update XRP Trust pricing benchmark

On January 20, 2026, Grayscale Investments filed a Form 8-K with the SEC to amend its XRP Trust, refining how pricing is calculated. According to the filing, the CoinDesk XRP Benchmark now adds Binance (XRP-USDC), Gate (XRP-USDC), and HashKey (XRP-USD), while removing Bitfinex (XRP-USD), aiming to improve accuracy and reduce manipulation risk.
