Ethereum slips under $2,000 as Santiment flags "buy the dip" crowd optimism risk

Ethereum (ETH) fell below $2,000 for the first time in nearly two months, prompting a surge of "buy the dip" chatter that Santiment says can be a bearish signal. ETH was around $1,975 at the time of writing, down nearly 5% in 24 hours and almost 8% over seven days, while CoinGlass data shows about $241 million in ETH liquidations over the past day.
