Ethereum price tests $3,150 resistance as whales accumulate and a 6% move looms

On 4 January, Ethereum extended its four-day advance, trading around $3,140 after a 1.35% daily gain while spot volume slid to $12.40 billion. Large holders withdrew 20,000 ETH from exchanges and Bitmine staked over 49,088 ETH, and if ETH can break above resistance near $3,150, analysts see room for a further 6% push toward $3,600.
